Curved Cheek Brace
In this view you can see the top edge of this brace. Once you get this curved brace, which joins the cheeks together, completely formed, and tighten up the fourteen large bolts that secure it, the reinforced trunnion cradles are held rigidly in the correct position to receive the trunnions during barrel mounting. Upon mounting, the tube `snicks` into the same position time after time in our tests. This assembly is `rock- solid` which helps accuracy.
