Mike and Dave Check the Target After Three Shots
The third projectile flew with a very slight humming sound. The curious cannoneers just had to hike out to the target to check it out. It looked normal; no obvious tilting of the bullet was observed. All three holes looked round. Perhaps a tiny piece of the skirt blew off, enough to make some noise, but not enough imbalance to cause a flyer.
